1. What happens when my PRO account or trial period expires?
You will be automatically moved to the free plan. Your monitors will be changed to the optimal settings of the free plan. If you plan to stay on the PRO plan, subscribe before the trial period ends so the settings you've made are not lost.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, American Express, and all other payment methods supported by Stripe. Our payment processing is handled by Stripe.
3. What if I need more than 100 monitors?
On our subscription page, we also offer the option to order additional monitors. You can choose between 100 and 1000 monitors, with the price increasing based on the quantity selected.
4. Do you have a refund policy?
Yes, we do. If you are not satisfied with our service or features, you can request a refund within 7 days of your most recent payment.
